Human existence is not about succumbing to sorrows, suffering, pain, lifestyle diseases and death. We are all born with a greater purpose in life, and to achieve that goal, we need a strong body and mind, as well as spiritual insight, emotional maturity, intellectual curiosity, and great will power.
The ideal way to ensure lasting peace as well as perfect physical, mental and emotional health is the regular practice of Yoga and Dhyana(meditation). Combined with proper food habits, good karma (positive actions), right thoughts, and faith, these practices lead to not only excellent physical health, but also purification of the mind, resulting in a happier life, and eventually to salvation – also known as Kailvalya, Nirvana, Moksha or Mukti. The wisdom and practice of Yoga and Dhyana are imparted to human beings through a lineage of sages.
At Kaivalyadhamam, you can learn Yoga and Dhyana under the tutelage of Sri. Suchetas Mahasthitha, who has been practicing various aspects of spirituality for decades across India and Europe. Sri Mahasthitha, who has received pranayama initiation from Sri Tathata, follows the teachings of Patanjali, Vyasa, and Siddhas. Having practiced ritualistic Vedic chanting, he also combines the philosophies of Vedanta and Buddhism, and has attended several Vipassana meditation sessions.
Located in close harmony with nature, Kaivalyadhamam’s dedicated yoga and meditation area inspires peace and spirituality.
